What is TOPSEAL? A single ply GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) laminate formed in-situ to give a continuous, highly durable weatherproof layer that will exclude water and maintain its superb appearance for the lifetime of the building. GRP is more commonly known as glassfibre. |

It is a matrix of polyester resin reinforced with glass fibres and cured or hardened with a catalyst to give a weatherproofing laminate that will outlast and outperform virtually any other traditional roofing material. With over 1,000,000 square metres of TOPSEAL already installed TOPSEAL is guaranteed to perform. |

Why TOPSEAL? Traditional bitumen based waterproofing systems have been used since Roman times and we all know that a flat roof will eventually leak!
