What is TOPSEAL? A single ply GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) laminate formed in-situ to give a continuous, highly durable weatherproof layer that will exclude water and maintain its superb appearance for the lifetime of the building. GRP is more commonly known as glassfibre.

It is a matrix of polyester resin reinforced with glass fibres and cured or hardened with a catalyst to give a weatherproofing laminate that will outlast and outperform virtually any other traditional roofing material. With over 1,000,000 square metres of TOPSEAL already installed TOPSEAL is guaranteed to perform.

Why TOPSEAL? Traditional bitumen based waterproofing systems have been used since Roman times and we all know that a flat roof will eventually leak! The problem has generally been solved by either building a pitched roof over an existing flat roof (a very expensive solution) or by specifying even more expensive solutions like lead or copper sheathing.

NOT ANY MORE. TOPSEAL, with its specialised flexible resins and top coats has been specified by architects, councils, hotels, shops, breweries, companies large and small and thousands of householders. With our unique, tack-free, flexible roofing resin and pre pigmented topcoat, contractors choose TOPSEAL for ease of application and its user friendly characteristics.

TOPSEAL resins are formulated to be environmental and have reduced styrene emissions. TOPSEAL's unique formulation will easily tolerate the thermal expansion and contraction experienced on even the most demanding roof designs. TOPSEAL will never crack or fail when installed to the correct specification and is guaranteed to make a perfect job every time.
